Paid Media Specialist

Job Responsibilities
· Set up and launch Meta and Google advertising campaigns in line with the team's defined strategy.
· Monitor campaign performance and identify issues that require attention.
· Implement optimization actions based on performance data and direction from the Performance Lead.
· Support testing across products, creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
· Maintain campaign structure, tracking accuracy, and reporting throughout campaign execution.
· Work closely with the Performance Lead and wider team to ensure campaigns are executed on time.
· Gradually take greater ownership of campaign performance as capability and experience develop.
Job Requirements
· Around two to four years of experience in Paid Media or Performance Marketing.
· Hands-on experience with Meta Ads; experience with Google Ads is preferred.
· Ability to independently manage campaign setup, tracking, optimization, and basic troubleshooting.
· Comfortable working with performance data and executing against established strategies and KPIs.
· Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with an international team.
· Strong execution capability is prioritized over seniority or previous management-level experience.
· Willingness and ability to learn, develop, and progressively take on broader Performance Marketing responsibilities.
