Role Description: As a Customer Service Representative with the Chad Lucas Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities: Assist customers with day-to-day needs such as policy changes, coverage questions, billing, etc Address customer needs and identify coverage gaps that may exist Discuss additional protection needs such as Life Insurance, Supplemental Health, & Short-Term Disability Understand the dynamics of each household through their family, work, and financials Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
