Lead Employment Specialist/Job Coach
1 Full-Time Position in Montgomery County
Duties
The Lead Employment Specialist provides direct Job Coaching, training, and assessment at various employer sites and in the URS Academy. Provides on-site support and linkage to community resources for clients through direct observation and evaluation of client performance, behavior, social development, and physical health. Assists in orienting the client at the work site and will act as a liaison between the client and employer, as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associates Degree in Rehabilitation or a closely related field
preferred. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be over the age of 21. Valid Ohio driver’s license, reliable transportation and
an acceptable driving record are required. Excellent communication: oral, written, interpersonal and electronic and
organization skills required. CPR and First Aid training are preferred.
