Clinical SupervisorJoin Our Team at Novant HealthPosition: Clinical SupervisorLocation: Kernersville, Stokesdale, NCDepartment: NeurologyEmployment Type: Full Time 40hrs per weekKey Responsibilities:In partnership with the Clinic Administrator, ensures implementation and success of NHMG goals.Collaborates with the clinic administrator and physician to recognize and communicate opportunities for improvement related to best operational efficiencies in the physician practice setting.Participates in the interview process. Participates with clinic administrator to maintain employee human resource files based on corporate policy.Attends educational offerings related to his/her competency in the Nursing Field.Supports an environment that respects diversity.
