Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and document clinical impressions accurately.

• Create and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focusing on recovery from substance use disorders, taking into account behavioral health patterns and social circumstances.

• Deliver individualized, couples, and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to achieve desired outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, participating in treatment planning meetings and case conferences to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions and progress notes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision to enhance your skills and stay current with best practices in mental health counseling and addiction treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on individuals struggling with addiction and substance use disorders. Clients may also present with co-occurring mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n
