Marketing Manager Management Management Albuquerque, NM, US Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $55,000.00 Hourly Reports to: Director of Marketing Status: Exempt / Full Time The Marketing Manager is the creative curator and brand steward for all corporate marketing initiatives of Defined Fitness. You will bring to life the unique and compelling brand attributes through innovative and creative design solutions that engage our target audiences across multi-media communication channels. With a focus on excellence, you will play an active role in the creative development, planning and implementation of all Defined Fitness marketing. With unyielding passion and infectious positivity, you will create, protect and develop the Defined Fitness brand and serve as an ambassador for the brand, both at work and in our community. You will be responsible for the creation of art, photo, video and layout design. In your role you will lead the development and implementation of the Defined Fitness online, digital and social media strategy, including the curation of branded content for all digital platforms including website, email, APP and social content. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Concept and design multi-media marketing solutions, including but not limited to, logo development, branding campaigns, signage, print collateral, direct mail, external and internal advertising campaigns, website, social media and digital graphics. Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that all products and services exceed expectations and build the credibility of the brand. Track success of all online, social and digital marketing and provided on-going reporting including website analytics, post-performance, SEO and search rankings, email open rates, digital advertising metrics, lead sourcing, APP downloads and all other related metrics, as needed Develop and post creative and engaging content for distribution online, through social media, email, digital advertising and on the Defined Fitness App Manage all Defined Fitness social media channels including content development. Respond and reply to all social conversations, questions and inquiries Create, maintain and implement digital marketing and editorial calendars in line with company marketing strategy Update and manage the Defined Fitness website using website CMS (Content management system) Create, implement and track email and text messaging campaigns Oversee the company App, including updating content, development of promotions and tracking of leads and referrals. Manage the development and implementation of marketing projects from design concept to bidding and estimates, production and final execution Develop and maintain a unique brand position and manage brand standards for the corporate brand Maintain current on emerging media, design standards and industry trends Effectively communicate creative solutions while providing and accepting feedback regarding marketing projects Ensure project and departmental milestones and goals are met and adhere to approved budgets Oversee estimating, bidding, production and installation of all marketing projects Organize and participate in events to build and promote the brand including but not limited to grand openings, special events, promotions, photo shoots, etc. Manage and oversee the success of the Marketing Specialist Provide leadership and guidelines to ensure consistency of the brand across all digital platforms Develop timelines, manage project workload and ensure deadlines are met Other duties as assigned Qualifications Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Web design knowledge, preferred College degree in graph or 1-5 years graphic design experience 1-3 years supervisory experience Experience with and understanding of market research Excellent design skills and conceptual ability Creativity and ability to produce innovative ideas Ability to work well with teams in multiple interdisciplinary departments Demonstrated ability to develop designs from conception to production Demonstrated ability to sustain high productivity, attention to detail and meet tight deadlines Detail oriented, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to think innovatively, creatively and strategically Physical Requirements Must be able to sit for extended periods of time Must be able to lift and carry approximately 25 pounds Must be able to perform the following tasks: walk, squat, bend, stoop, stand, listen, read and write #J-18808-Ljbffr
