Position: Scrum Master Location: Hartford, CT Job Description Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 15+ Years of relevant experience Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies Hands‑on expertise with Jira (boards, dashboards, reporting, workflows) Ability to confidently identify, articulate, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies Strong facilitation and coaching skills Experience working in client‑facing roles Solid understanding of Agile metrics and reporting Experience in Insurance domain (P&C preferred) Exposure to Guidewire PolicyCenter (implementation/support projects) Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus Experience working in scaled Agile environments (SAFe or similar frameworks) Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
