The role requires strong Scrum expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to manage risks, dependencies, and team impediments. Experience in Insurance and Guidewire PolicyCenter is a plus.**Key Responsibilities*** Act as a Scrum Master and Agile coach, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives* Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and clients to align delivery priorities* Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers, ensuring timely resolution* Track sprint progress using Jira (backlog management, reporting, dashboards)* Monitor Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time) and drive improvements* Support release planning and coordinate across teams when needed* Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability**Required Skills*** Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies* Hands-on expertise with Jira* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills* Strong facilitation and problem-solving abilities* Experience in client-facing roles**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience in Insurance domain (P&C preferred)* Exposure to Guidewire PolicyCenter* Scrum certification (CSM/PSM)* Experience in scaled Agile (SAFe or similar)The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $110000 to $138059Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
