We are seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Project Manager to oversee daily operations for our junk removal and demolition company. This position requires traveling between job sites, managing crews, ensuring projects stay on schedule, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to multiple job sites throughout the day
• Supervise and manage junk removal and demolition crews
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
• Coordinate scheduling, materials, equipment, and labor needs
• Communicate with customers before, during, and after projects
• Inspect completed work and address any issues on-site
• Take photos, document job progress, and provide updates to management
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a professional work environment
• Assist with problem-solving and decision-making in the field

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Strong leadership and crew management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in junk removal, demolition, construction, landscaping, or a related field preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds when needed and work in various weather conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using a smartphone for communication, scheduling, and documentation
