What You'll Do

Audit current training & learning workflows and identify automation opportunities
Use AI tools to accelerate course design, microlearning development, and content updates
Build intelligent knowledge repositories and searchable learning libraries
Automate training communications and reminder workflows
Develop prompt libraries for instructional design efficiency
Explore AI-enabled personalization for learning pathways
Create documentation and adoption guides for employee use

Ideal Background
