What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care within a Level III NICU, supporting high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
• Manage and support care for infants in a busy newborn nursery with daily NNP coverage
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Conduct comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and interventions
• Support continuity of care from admission through stabilization and discharge
• Participate in structured shift schedules, including 16- and 24-hour shifts
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and uphold hospital standards of care

What You Need

• Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
• Previous neonatal or NICU experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• Experience in a Level III NICU environment
• Certification in neonatal care or specialty certifications

You will provide critical neonatal services in a newly renovated hospital environment, supporting a community with approximately 1,000 annual births.
