What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care within a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with 10 beds
• Manage and support care for high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
• Support the 20-bed newborn nursery with daily neonatal nurse practitioner coverage
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary hospital teams
• Conduct comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Support continuity of care from admission through stabilization and discharge
• Work in a newly renovated, state-of-the-art hospital environment
• Contribute to delivering high-quality, patient-centered neonatal care for a growing community with approximately 1,000 annual births

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia with Neonatal specialization (GNB or eligible)
• Prior neonatal or pediatric advanced practice experience (preferred)
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including 16- and 24-hour shifts

Preferred:

• Experience in Level III NICU settings
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
