Location: Carrollton, GA (705 Dixie Street)

Start Date: Immediate opening (residency within local area required)

Duration: Full-time, Permanent

Shift: 16- and 24-hour shifts available

Hours/week: Varies based on shift schedule

Licenses/Certifications: Georgia Registered Nurse Practitioner license; Neonatal Certification preferred

Experience: Previous neonatal or NICU experience preferred but not mandatory

What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care for high-acuity newborns in a Level III NICU
• Manage and support patients in a busy 10-bed NICU with intensive monitoring and treatment needs
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary hospital teams
• Conduct neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
• Support care continuity from admission through stabilization and discharge
• Participate in a structured shift schedule, including early and late shifts
• Work alongside a dedicated team in a newly renovated, high-tech hospital environment

What You Need

• Active Georgia RN license and NP certification (preferably in Neonatal)
• Previous NICU or neonatal experience is a plus (not required)
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
