- Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals, fostering an environment of growth and excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive brokerage success and achieve company goals.
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners to expand our market presence.
- Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company policies, maintaining our reputation for integrity.
- Collaborate with mortgage and insurance teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Identify and recruit top talent to enhance our dynamic and forward-thinking team.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to support team members' professional growth and success.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Active North Carolina Real Estate License.
- Active South Carolina Real Estate License (or ability and willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
- 5+ years of real estate experience.
- Extensive experience in handling real estate transactions; knowledge of legal obligations of Realtors under state and federal laws, Department of Commerce Rules & Regulations, Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
