Role Description Dash Commercial Real Estate Advisors is hiring experienced Commercial Real Estate Brokers to join our growing Charlotte team. In this role, you will represent clients in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial properties across multiple asset classes. You will source new business, underwrite opportunities, advise clients on investment strategy, and manage transactions from prospecting through close. This is a high-autonomy, high-upside opportunity for a producer who already knows how to close and is looking for a platform that supports their book of business. Key Responsibilities Source and pursue new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and investment strategy Underwrite transactions and prepare financial models, BOVs, and offering memoranda Negotiate LOIs, purchase agreements, and lease terms on behalf of clients Maintain deep knowledge of local submarkets, comps, and current market trends Build and manage long-term client relationships Qualifications 5+ years CRE experience with closed transaction history Strong underwriting skills: Excel, Argus, financial modeling Established broker, lender, and investor network Verifiable deal-lead track record with references available What We Offer Full applicable expense reimbursement CoStar / Reonomy / Crexi provided at no cost Immediate access to Dash's database of contacts About Dash Dash Commercial Real Estate Advisors is a Charlotte-based commercial real estate brokerage built around a simple idea: brokers perform better when the platform works for them, not against them.
