$95,000 at plan commission

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Leverage our comprehensive leads system to identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
• Guide clients through the buying or selling process, offering expert advice and support at every stage to ensure a smooth transaction.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to provide clients with up-to-date information and advice.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented and protected.
• Participate in community events and initiatives, reinforcing our commitment to giving back and building strong local connections.

Qualifications:

• MUST have a NC or SC Real Estate License
• Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and building client relationships.
• Ability to effectively leverage leads systems to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Proven track record of guiding clients through the buying or selling process with expert advice and support.
• Strong negotiation skills to represent and protect clients' best interests in offers and contracts.
• Ability to stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to provide clients with up-to-date information.
• Experience in collaborating with team members to share insights and strategies for continuous learning and improvement.
