$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

What You'll Do

• Guide buyers from consultation to closing
• Meet with qualified buyer leads and show homes
• Negotiate offers and contracts
• Follow proven CRM and sales systems
• Stay current on local market trends
• Provide exceptional service in both English and Spanish
• Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding client experiences

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Active North Carolina Real Estate License
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Comfortable using CRM platforms and real estate technology
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work full-time and manage multiple clients effectively
• Previous real estate sales experience is preferred but not required
