Under the general supervision of program leadership, you will support daily administrative and clinical coordination, including scheduling, intake processes, and client communications, while ensuring confidentiality and respect in every interaction. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, managing front-line administrative tasks.You will collaborate closely with JAMHI staff across multiple service lines to coordinate care, support medication management, and assist with pre-authorizations for services and treatments. You will also help maintain accurate records, communicate program requirements clearly, and ensure the clinic remains organized, responsive, and accessible to clients in both routine and fast-paced situations.Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDTwo years experience providing a high level of customer service in a data entry, scheduling, or clerical roleAbility to move between Salmon Creek and Jordan Creek Clinics.Pay rates offered are determined based on a standardized scale that considers relevant experience and education.
