Lead Developer (Remote)

Salary: $72,800 - 83,200 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• We look for 2-3 years of hands-on project experience and professional software development experience with C#, including LINQ, async/await, and generics.
• We require experience with ASP.NET Core, or an ASP.NET 4 plus Core hybrid.
• We require experience working with SQL databases, including joins, keys, indexes, query tuning, and parameterized queries.
• We require proficiency in HTML and CSS, including responsive design.
• We require experience with TypeScript and JavaScript.
• We require working knowledge of Git, including branching, merging, pull requests, and source-control workflows.
• We require experience coding with AI models and tools such as Claude, OpenAI, Ollama, Qwen, and others.
• We expect a strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, SOLID principles, and the single responsibility principle.
• We require proficiency in or strong working knowledge of modern front-end development and UI/UX principles.
• We require experience with React, plus familiarity with Tailwind CSS and Storybook.
• We require experience using AI-assisted development tools and the ability to evaluate, test, modify, and validate AI-generated code effectively.
• We require knowledge of networking fundamentals, IP addressing, and server security practices.
• We require experience with dependency injection, middleware, and Razor Pages in ASP.NET Core.
• We require skill with Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, Windows Server, and IIS environments.

• We build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React, Tailwind, Storybook, and modern UI/UX standards.
• We protect application and data security by applying least-privilege principles and secure server practices.
• We support day-to-day administrative activities for eComm and Planroom.
• We optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• We collaborate with product management, UX/UI, QA, and infrastructure teams to deliver quality releases on schedule.
• We maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance applications in Windows Server, IIS, and Microsoft SQL Server environments.
• We use Git for version control, including branching, merging, and pull requests, to keep collaborative workflows running smoothly.
