Position: NICE CXone Lead Developer / Technical Lead

Duration: 6+ Months

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on NICE CXOne technical lead, not primarily a functional or pre-sales resource. The candidate should be capable of independently owning the technical delivery of CXOne solutions, developing IVR/call flows and routing, integrating CXOne with Salesforce CRM, and providing technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced NICE CXOne Lead Developer with strong hands-on expertise in NICE CXOne and Salesforce CRM. The candidate will be responsible for leading the technical design, development, configuration, integration, and implementation of Contact Center solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience building and integrating NICE CXone with Salesforce CRM, developing IVR and routing solutions, and providing technical leadership across complex Contact Center environments.

Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of NICE CXOne Contact Center solutions.
• Develop and customize CXone capabilities including ACD, IVR, Studio, Skills, Routing, Digital, Reporting, and Workforce Management as required.
• Design and implement NICE CXOne integrations with Salesforce CRM, including CTI, screen pops, customer data integration, and agent workflows.
• Develop and maintain IVR and call-flow applications using NICE CXOne Studio.
• Configure and optimize skills, queues, routing strategies, dispositions, business rules, and call flows.
• Work closely with Salesforce teams to integrate Contact Center capabilities with Salesforce Service Cloud and CRM workflows.
• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, web services, JSON/XML, and other integration technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across CXOne, Salesforce, telephony, APIs, and system integrations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of Contact Center/CCaaS experience with significant hands-on experience in NICE CXOne.
• Strong hands-on experience with NICE CXone development, configuration, and implementation.
• Proven experience working as a Lead Developer / Technical Lead on NICE CXone projects.
• Strong experience with NICE CXOne Studio and IVR/call-flow development.
• Experience with ACD, IVR, skills, routing, queues, dispositions, and Contact Center workflows.
• Strong experience integrating NICE CXOne with Salesforce CRM / Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Hands-on understanding of Salesforce CRM and CTI/Contact Center integrations.
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, JSON/XML, and third-party integrations.
• Strong understanding of Contact Center architecture, telephony, call routing, and CCaaS integration patterns.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex end-to-end Contact Center and CRM integration issues.
• Strong technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.
• Experience working with healthcare CRM/Contact Center workflows and healthcare-specific business processes is a plus.
• NICE CXOne certifications are a plus.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
