Position Summary: This fully remote role is ideal for a seasoned Sales Executive with extensive experience in professional staffing. The position focuses on prospecting, acquiring, and closing new business opportunities while expanding market share across the United States. The primary responsibility is new client acquisition, with an emphasis on selling professional staffing solutions, direct hire services, contingent staffing, and MSP-style service models to mid-market and enterprise-level clients. This role requires a true hunter mentality, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and engage large enterprise (Fortune 1000) and mid-market companies
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through onboarding
• Navigate complex decision-making structures and influence key stakeholders
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
• Attend industry events and represent the organization professionally
• Expand adoption of advanced staffing service models and solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client delivery

Requirements:

• Candidate Requirements: 7+ years of experience selling professional staffing services (IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, etc.)
• Proven success in new client acquisition within the professional staffing sector
• Strong network within the talent ecosystem (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders)
• Established relationships with decision-makers in technical and professional fields
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong hunter mentality
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree required
• Ability to travel 2–3 times per year for industry conferences
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Zoom, CRM platforms, and MS Office Suite
• Must reside within the United States
