We are seeking a new Sales and Service Representative to assist us in servicing our clients and expanding the territory of Columbus, OH. For this position, the Sales and Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for medical practices and hospitals we serve and should be a master at developing and maintaining these client relationships. In addition, the ideal candidate will obtain a thorough knowledge of each of our products and be required to train the medical practice staff on each piece of our equipment. Why work with us? Pumps for Mom partners with OBYGNs, Birthing Hospitals, and Moms to help during and after their pregnancy. Responsibilities Grow designated territory by introducing Neb Doctors services to medical practices (Pediatricians, Family Practices, Urgent Care, Pulmonologist, Primary Care, Internal Medicine, OBGYN, etc.) and establish an ongoing service relationship with each practice. Perform routine equipment checks. Set up, deliver, and follow up on equipment in accordance with Neb Doctors policies and procedures. Instruct clinics and/or patients on the safe and proper use of equipment being delivered. Complete all paperwork promptly and accurately to support the delivery and billing functions of Neb Doctors. Utilize Sales Software to document customer visits, sales activity, inventory, etc. Store equipment within each facility, keep areas clean, organized and compliant with all State and Federal laws. Attend and actively contribute to group sales meetings and ongoing training as scheduled. Qualifications Education/Experience High School Diploma, or equivalent education required; bachelor’s degree preferred. 3-5 years in sales and customer service experience. Prefer Healthcare or DME background. Requirements Must live within the territory - Columbus, OH. Desire to achieve or exceed established goals. Practical knowledge working with software (CRM) or quick to learn new software. Demonstrated ability to close sales and maintain working relationships. Strong people skills and an interest in helping to improve the lives of others from a healthcare perspective. Organized. Excellent verbal, written, and assessment skills. Exceptional problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidential patient and company information. Good customer service skills, such as dealing courteously with the public, prospective patients, clients, and individuals within the organization. Ability to take direction and work independently with little supervision. Always represent Neb Doctors in a professional manner. Must pass a motor vehicle records check (MVR) showing no major violations (including DUI) in the past 5 consecutive years. Physical Requirements This position requires carrying and moving medical equipment up to 25 pounds and loading it into a vehicle as well as stocking the facilities (dolly will be provided); repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers to assemble products; and ability to safely operate a vehicle and drive between 6-8 hours a day. #J-18808-Ljbffr InHealth Systems and Services
