Injection Mold Process Technician – 1st Shift

Location: Bessemer City
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: Starting at $25.00/ + hour Depending on Exp
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are currently seeking experienced Injection Mold Process Technicians for a growing manufacturing facility in the Bessemer City area. Candidates must have previous experience with injection molding processes and troubleshooting in a production environment.

Responsibilities

Set up, start up, and troubleshoot injection molding machines
Monitor machine performance and adjust process parameters as needed
Perform mold changes and ensure proper machine operation
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Troubleshoot molding defects and implement corrective actions
Maintain production efficiency and minimize downtime
Work closely with production and quality teams
Follow all company safety procedures and policies
Complete required documentation and production reports

Requirements

Previous Injection Mold Process Technician experience required
Strong understanding of injection molding processes and machine operation
Experience with troubleshooting molds and equipment
Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Stable work history preferred
