Now Hiring Assembler / Spot Welder Operators 1 & 3rd shift – Kings Mountain, NC 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Must be available for overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as needed Starting pay $20.50 NOW HIRING 3rd shift ASSEMBLERS FOR MANUFACTURING PLANT PAY RATE: $22.50 SHIFT: 3rd SHIFT 7:00 pm TO 5:30 am Sunday - Thursday MUST BE OPEN TO WORK ON FRIDAYS WHEN PRODUCTION DICTATES
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Assembler / Spot Welder Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Kings Mountain, NC. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts and components according to specifications
- Operate spot welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow all work instructions and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet daily production and quality goals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing setting
- Spot welding experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
