Location:Denver, ColoradoType:Direct HireJob#34917SCADA Controls Manager I / II – Utility-Scale SolarLocation: Flexible (U.S.)Travel: Up to 50%OverviewWe are seeking a SCADA Controls Manager to support the execution of utility-scale solar projects across the United States.This is a high-impact, multi-project role where you will oversee SCADA systems, controls architecture, and plant monitoring across a portfolio of projects. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, construction, and commissioning, ensuring systems are properly designed, integrated, and performing in the field.This is an opportunity to step into a portfolio-level role with visibility across multiple large-scale energy projects.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee SCADA systems and controls architecture across multiple solar projectsReview and provide input on third-party system designs and integrationsSupport commissioning, testing, and system startup activitiesTroubleshoot SCADA, communications, and controls issues in the fieldCoordinate across engineering, construction, and vendor teamsEnsure compliance with utility interconnection and performance requirementsAct as a technical resource across 6–12 concurrent projectsQualificationsSCADA Controls Manager IBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience with SCADA systems, controls, or electrical systems in infrastructure or energy projectsExposure to commissioning, system integration, or construction environmentsSCADA Controls Manager IIBachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)7+ years of experience in construction, commissioning, or controls/SCADA systemsStrong experience supporting complex infrastructure or energy projectsPreferred ExperienceUtility-scale solar or power generation projectsPLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systemsNetworking and communications systems (fiber, protocols, integration)Commissioning and startup of electrical or control systemsExperience working with EPC contractors or commissioning firmsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary (commensurate with experience)Performance-based bonus programTravel expenses fully coveredWhy This RoleWork across a national portfolio of utility-scale solar projectsBlend of technical, field, and strategic responsibilitiesOpportunity to influence SCADA and controls execution at scaleHigh visibility across engineering, construction, and client stakeholders If interested, and qualified, please apply here and Jordyn Maloney will reach out to qualified applicants.
