Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Administration Paralegal to join an established law firm in Jupiter, Florida. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience, strong organizational skills, and a client-focused approach, with the ability to independently manage estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters while working closely with attorneys and families. Responsibilities Independently manage estate planning, probate, and trust administration files from intake through closure. Meet with clients to gather information and identify estate planning needs. Prepare estate planning documents and related legal materials. Guide personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries through probate and trust administration. Prepare and e-file probate pleadings. Prepare and e-record required legal documents. Maintain regular communication with clients and provide case updates. Handle prospective client intake calls and prepare engagement letters. Schedule and lead client consultations and meetings as appropriate. Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in estate planning and probate. Ability to manage matters independently with minimal supervision. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills. Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent client relationship and communication skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook. Experience with LexisNexis, Lawgic, Simplifile, and TimeSlips preferred. Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented. #J-18808-Ljbffr
