Our outpatient office serves as a central hub for administrative support, but your patient interactions will occur through secure video conferencing, ensuring convenience and privacy for both you and your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via video chat, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance clients' mental health and well-being.

• Facilitating discussions that help clients explore their emotions, fostering insights into their behaviors and relationships.

• Serving as an advocate for clients by assisting them in defining personal goals and outlining their pathways toward achieving them.

• Evaluating clients’ mental health conditions and creating tailored treatment plans utilizing solution-focused methodologies, leveraging your extensive clinical experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients who have been pre-screened, ensuring that they are stable and have low acuity needs. This means that the clients you see will generally come from backgrounds that require guidance rather than crisis intervention, allowing you to focus on therapeutic growth rather than emergency responses. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
