Are you a High School student entering junior or senior year, participating in the Wisconsin Youth Apprenticeship Program through the Department of Workforce Development? Ready to roll up your sleeves and learn how things are made? We're offering an exciting opportunity for motivated students to join our team as a Manufacturing Youth Apprentice. This is your chance to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced industry, develop technical skills, and be part of creating products that matter.

What You Will Do
- Explore different areas of manufacturing to discover where your strengths shine
- Assist skilled technicians and shadow experienced professionals, supporting them in daily operations
- Perform hands-on operations like buffing, sandblasting, deburring, hand grinding, assembling, planishing, forming, part washing, and/or part marking
- Contribute to quality control by helping to ensure products meet requirements
- Keep work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient workspace
