This role is pivotal in driving performance, strengthening leadership capability, and ensuring the delivery of key operational and financial targets. Key responsibilities for the VP of Operations include developing and executing operational strategies, managing a team of senior leaders, driving alignment across cross-functional teams, and enhancing operational systems and processes.
