Data Management AnalystBanner Quality Management Inc. (BQMI) is seeking a highly motivated Data Management Analyst to support the Corporate Business Office (CBO) at NSWC Crane. The Data Management Analyst will be responsible for developing, configuring, maintaining, and enhancing data management systems, reporting solutions, databases, and business intelligence tools that support organizational operations and decision-making. This position serves as a key resource for data governance, analytics, reporting, system administration, and data science support activities. The analyst works closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements, develop technical solutions, maintain data repositories, and ensure the integrity, accessibility, and effective use of organizational data assets.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data visualization, data architecture, business systems analysis, and process improvement, along with the ability to communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in information systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.3–5 years of relevant professional experienceExperience managing databases, data repositories, and reporting systems.Experience developing reports, dashboards, and analytical products using data visualization and reporting tools.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL, and other database or reporting technologies.Knowledge of database structures, data management principles, and data governance practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.Secret level Clearance requiredCompTIA Security+ certification or ability to obtain within 90 daysPreferred Qualifications:Experience with SQL Server,.NET, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or similar analytics platforms.Knowledge of data science, machine learning concepts, and data modeling methodologies.Experience supporting enterprise information systems and business intelligence environments.Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and data integration technologies.Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives.
