Design Personalized Care Plans: Assess patient needs and develop tailored therapy strategies that facilitate their achievement of specific goals

Collaborate with Healthcare Providers: Work in tandem with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide well-rounded care

Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers effective techniques to empower continued progress outside the clinical setting

Document and Monitor Patient Progress: Evaluate clinical results and modify therapy plans as needed to keep patients on track

Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program

Ongoing education or additional certifications are encouraged and supported

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

Current NBCOT certification is a must
