BPCM is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Fashion team, supporting a portfolio of globally recognized brands. This role is ideal for a strategic, media-savvy publicist who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is passionate about building impactful campaigns, cultivating meaningful media relationships, and delivering exceptional client service.

With 4–5 years of public relations agency experience, you'll bring a proven track record of developing integrated communications strategies, securing high-impact media coverage, and serving as a trusted client advisor. You'll collaborate with some of the industry's most influential fashion, lifestyle, and retail brands while mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day communications across a portfolio of 3–5 client accounts, serving as a trusted strategic partner and primary point of contact.
• Develop and execute integrated PR strategies that drive measurable results and elevate brand visibility.
• Provide thoughtful counsel on brand positioning, messaging, media strategy, and industry opportunities.
• Proactively secure impactful media coverage across print, digital, broadcast, and emerging platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier editors, journalists, stylists, creators, and industry influencers.
• Craft compelling press materials, including press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, executive talking points, and other client communications.
• Manage press events, launches, appointments, and brand activations from planning through execution.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional client service.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering growth while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and identify creative opportunities that keep clients at the forefront of the conversation.

What You'll Bring

• 4–5 years of experience in a public relations agency, preferably supporting fashion, luxury, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands.
• Strong media relationships and a demonstrated history of securing meaningful earned media placements.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strategic thinking combined with impeccable organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience managing multiple clients and priorities while maintaining a high standard of execution.
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with a passion for mentoring others and contributing to team success.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000.00- $85,000.00. Actual compensation is based on a range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location. Whether a prospective employee will be paid within the compensation range listed above will depend on a number of factors including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations, and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based.

This role will be hybrid, 3 days minimum in office.
