About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Finance & Operations Officer (CFOO) to join their Executive Leadership Team. The CFOO will be responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the organization in accordance with relevant accounting principles and providing strategic and operational leadership for finance, facilities operations, and information technology departments. This role requires a deep understanding of the behavioral health industry and a commitment to the organization's mission, vision, and values, including a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. The successful candidate will be a key partner in all aspects of the company's financial, facilities, and technology functions, and must be adept at problem-solving, decision-making, and leading a target-driven environment. Candidates for the CFOO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a CPA and/or MBA preferred, and at least 5-8 years' of experience as a senior financial leader. Experience in a senior financial-management role, particularly in a non-profit setting, and a proven track record of strategic financial management are essential. The role demands a leader with superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, who is committed to ethical standards and operational excellence. The CFOO will also be responsible for the organization's properties, including acquisition, renovation, and management, and must be prepared to represent the company on various boards, committees, and external engagements.
