About the role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong 0→1 instincts to lead a new product initiative from the ground up. Goose has historically focused on the front-of-house experience; this role is part of how we expand into the operational side of our customers' businesses. You'll own a new product area end-to-end — discovery, strategy, roadmap, and execution — partnering closely with engineering and design. This is a builder's role for someone who's energized by ambiguity and early-stage product work.

What you'll do

• Own a new product area end-to-end — strategy, discovery, roadmap, and execution
• Lead deep discovery with customers to define what to build and why
• Take a product from early concept to shipped and scaled
• Partner closely with engineering and design as the dedicated owner of a new surface
• Define and track the metrics that show the product is working
• Work cross-functionally to bring a new product to market fully with GTM, positioning and enablement

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated 0→1 product experience — you've taken a product from early concept to shipped and scaled, not just managed mature features
• Familiarity with workflow or operational products — task completion, project management, time management, or similar
• Strong command of product management fundamentals — discovery, requirements, prioritization, and working closely with engineering and design
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward learning quickly from customers
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
• Experience interfacing directly with operational or business users

Bonus points

• Vertical SaaS or operations software background
• Pet services or other multi-location operations experience
• Experience taking an early prototype to a production product

The base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 per year.

This range reflects the base salary compensation Goose reasonably expects to pay for this role. Where an individual candidate lands within the range is based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications. This role is also eligible equity along with full benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, etc
