Senior Product Manager

Salary: Up to $150,000 base + annual bonus Build products that shape the future of consumer finance. We're partnering with an established and rapidly growing fintech organization that's investing heavily in product innovation as it continues to scale. They're looking for a Senior Product Manag er to own a critical product area, leading strategy from concept through execution while partnering with Engineering, Analytics, Operations, and Executive Leadership. This isn't a feature factory role. You'll be responsible for defining what gets built, why it matters, and how success is measured. If you're excited by solving complex customer problems, using data to drive decisions, and seeing your work have a tangible commercial impact, this is an opportunity to make a real difference What You'll Own Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for a core business area. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance. Lead product discovery through customer research, experimentation, and data analysis. Build compelling business cases for new products and strategic initiatives. Define success metrics and use data to continuously optimize product performance. Partner closely with Engineering to translate ideas into scalable solutions. Collaborate with Operations, Analytics, Design, and Commercial teams to deliver high-impact product launches. Drive experimentation through A/B testing and iterative product development. Ensure products meet compliance and regulatory requirements within a highly regulated environment. What You'll Bring 6+ years of Product Management experience building and launching digital products. A track record of delivering products that create measurable customer and business value. Strong analytical skills with confidence using SQL and data to influence decisions. Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at every level.
