PRN Physician Assistant – Kinston, NC MainStreet Family Care is seeking PRN Physician Assistants to work across multiple clinics in the region. We provide a high-volume, varied clinical environment, with opportunities to work in urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine, and telemedicine. Responsibilities Urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine, and telemedicine Minor procedures including toenail removals and foreign body removals Suturing and splinting General orthopedic evaluations and management X-ray review (with Radiologist over-read) EKG interpretation General dermatology, eye complaints, and GYN care Treating patients of all ages Emergency management skills in a fast-paced setting Schedule Shifts determined approximately two months in advance MainStreet Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.; Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. KidsStreet Clinic Hours (select locations only): Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.; Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Hours are subject to change based on company needs, training, float coverage, etc. Qualifications Physician Assistant certification required prior to start date Master’s degree or higher required Excellent written and verbal communication skills EMR and Microsoft Office experience preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay + bonus incentives Malpractice insurance $750 CME allowance annually UpToDate subscription Mileage reimbursement Paid orientation and training MAINSTREET FAMILY CARE IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER Standard pre-employment background checks and drug screens are performed. #J-18808-Ljbffr MainStreet Family Urgent Care
