We partner with leading national carriers to provide Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D, and supplemental insurance solutions.We are currently seeking a Licensed Medicare Insurance Agent to join our growing remote team in a full-time W2 position.About the RoleAs a Licensed Medicare Insurance Agent, you will help Medicare beneficiaries understand their coverage options and make informed decisions based on their individual healthcare needs.You'll work with clients through needs-based conversations, explain available Medicare plans, assist with enrollments, and provide ongoing support throughout the client relationship.This position is well suited for both new and seasoned Medicare agents who are licensed, detail-oriented, committed to compliant sales practices, and comfortable working in a remote environment.What You'll DoEducate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Medicare Part D plan optionsConduct needs-based conversations to understand clients' healthcare coverage needsExplain plan features, benefits, costs, and coverage options clearly and accuratelyAssist clients with enrollment while following CMS and carrier requirementsBuild and maintain strong client relationships through professional service and follow-upMaintain accurate client records using CRM and enrollment platforms such as SunfireStay current on Medicare guidelines, carrier requirements, and plan informationCommunicate professionally with clients throughout the sales and enrollment processWork independently while collaborating with a remote team and support staffFollow all applicable company, carrier, and regulatory compliance standardsQualifications & RequirementsActive Health Insurance License — requiredLicense must have at least 90 days remaining before expirationAHIP 2027 Certification — requiredResume and NIPR report (PDB report) — requiredMust have 2+ years of Medicare sales experienceMust hold at least 2 active non-resident state licensesNew or seasoned Medicare agents are welcomeSeasoned agents must have releases in hand and be able to contract with UHCStrong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to ethical, compliant sales practicesExperience with enrollment and client management systems such as SunfireAbility to work independently while contributing to a collaborative remote team environmentNice to HaveKnowledge or experience with the following is a plus:Ancillary health productsCompetitive hourly base pay plus commissionHealth insurance benefitsPaid time off and company holidaysRemote work flexibilityCentralized marketing, retention, and compliance supportTraining and resources to help you succeedOpportunities for professional growth and advancementWhy Join Metz Insurance & Financial?At Metz Insurance & Financial, we believe agents perform at their best when they have the right support, systems, and resources behind them.You'll have the opportunity to work remotely while helping Medicare clients navigate important healthcare decisions.
