About the Role

They’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a visionary founder/CEO during a period of rapid growth and momentum. This is not a traditional administrative role. It’s a high-trust partnership for someone who thrives in fast-moving, intellectually curious environments and genuinely enjoys bringing order, structure, and calm to ambitious ideas.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage an extremely complex, fast-changing calendar with precision and sound judgment
• Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and strategic partner to the CEO
• Build processes and operational structure that create efficiency and reduce friction
• Coordinate seamlessly across engineering, operations, leadership, and external stakeholders
• Manage sensitive communications with professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
• Support high-priority initiatives, special projects, and executive workflows
• Anticipate challenges before they surface and proactively problem-solve
• Help create calm, organization, and momentum in a very high-performance environment

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting a Founder, CEO, or senior executive in a high-growth environment. Think, Tesla 2012-2016, Hardware company or fast growth company.
• Experience within technology, hardware, robotics, manufacturing, AI, or engineering-driven organizations strongly preferred.
• Must be ok with checking email and communication lines on weekends.

Competitive compensation package including a $190K–$200K base salary plus benefits.
