About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the SVP, Chief Marketing Officer, North America. This strategic role is pivotal in driving alignment across leadership, managing key initiatives, and ensuring the executive remains focused on critical priorities. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, detail-oriented, and a strategic thinker with a results-driven approach. Responsibilities include partnering with the SVP to define and communicate the business vision and strategy, acting as a liaison between the CMO's office and stakeholders, and leading the preparation and orchestration of various meetings. The role also involves independent project management, particularly in special ad-hoc projects that require a deep understanding of organizational objectives.
