About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for GTM and Revenue Initiatives, a role that is pivotal in building a scalable operating model to enhance the quality and consistency of go-to-market execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and owning the commercial narrative and customer-facing positioning, leading product launch messaging, and developing various sales and executive materials. This role also involves leading strategic GTM initiatives, driving revenue enablement programs, and managing content to ensure its effective adoption across the field organization. The Chief of Staff will serve as a key link between different functions, including sales, marketing, product marketing, product, and customer success, and will be instrumental in leading a growing team to support the company's mission. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a strong background in multiple GTM disciplines, with a proven track record in building executive-level customer presentations and scaling enablement programs. Essential skills include experience in sales enablement, product marketing, GTM programs, and strategic initiatives, as well as a strong executive presence in written and verbal communication. The role requires a candidate with a strategic mindset, excellent business judgment, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
