Sales Associate Target Optical

Target Optical is looking for a Part‑Time Sales Associate to create an outstanding optical experience for our guests. This role is based at Store #00P107 Target Optical. The associate will support a dynamic, customer‑focused retail environment and help customers find the right eyewear solutions. Key Responsibilities Drive sales and build relationships: hit sales targets and exceed expectations by connecting with customers and building lasting relationships. Become a vision expert: offer tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions that fit each customer’s lifestyle and preferences. Learn and grow: enhance your skills with hands‑on training and collaborate with experienced professionals. Collaborate and contribute: work closely with your team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive environment. Create a welcoming store atmosphere: keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing. Self‑motivated and adaptable: driven, resilient, and eager to learn and grow. Preferred Qualifications Optical experience: prior experience in optical retail or familiarity with optical products.
