Job Summary You will provide quarterly inspections to existing customers to generate new orders. In some cases, you will be responsible for performing the labor to fulfill the order. You will also spend part of your time generating new business opportunities and growing The Seals of Boston's customer base.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify potential clients within the assigned territory

Conduct sales presentations and build relationships with key decision-makers

Drive lead generation through cold calls, email outreach, networking events, and referrals

Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities

Collaborate with the franchise owner and internal team to transition closed sales to operations

Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM systems

Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas

Qualifications

Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role

Strong communication and presentation skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Experience using CRM tools is preferred

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Familiarity with health inspections or refrigeration equipment

Basic handyman skills
