Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of students’ mental health to determine their needs, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Provide individual and group therapy utilizing evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, school administrators, and educational staff to ensure students receive coordinated care tailored to their unique challenges.

• Assist students and their families in comprehending diagnoses, treatment options, and the implications of medication.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with students’ goals and the input of the treatment team.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a substantial sign-on bonus.
