As a Physical Therapist Assistant youll work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients achieve their individual treatment goals. Responsibilities include: Provide treatment in accordance with the Physical Therapists established plan of care Guide and assist patients through therapeutic exercises and activities Monitor patient response and progress during treatment Communicate patient progress and concerns with the supervising Physical Therapist Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with therapists and other team members to provide a positive patient experience Follow all applicable clinical safety and professional standards Qualifications
