Description
PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center has a full-time opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Lakefront Family Medicine Clinic in Longview, Washington. This position offers the opportunity to serve an underserved community while supporting the continued development of primary care services at PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center.

- Guaranteed first-year income based on 1.0FTE: $147,000.00

Longview is known for its scenic beauty, with recognition from Forbes and easy access to the Columbia River, Mount St. Helens, and surrounding parks. Lake Sacajawea, directly across from the medical center, features a 4‑mile walking trail enjoyed year-round. The community is just an hour from the Pacific Ocean and has a combined population of about 65,000 when including Kelso. The area offers diverse dining, coffee shops, brew pubs, major retailers, a seasonal Farmers Market, and several popular golf courses.

Requirements
- Required: Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (AANC) or Physician Assistant Board Certification (NCCPA)
- Required: Active ARNP or PA license in Oregon, or ability to obtain during the credentialing process
- Required: Certification in BLS, ACLS, or PALS within 30 days of hire
