JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

Registered Nurse Director - Case Manager

RN DIR - CCM

Full-Time

Registered Nurse Director candidates for the Case Management Unit will have the following job responsibilities:

• Directs the clinical and non-clinical aspects of Respiratory Care Services.
• Ensures high-quality patient care and generates measurable returns for the organization.
• Plans, organizes, and evaluates all departmental resources.
• Oversees program development, staff supervision, budget management, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintains relationships with physicians, referral sources, and employees.
• Performs position-specific job functions at an acceptable level.
• Supports the mission and goals of the hospital and parent company.
• Develops and maintains clinical standards of practice for all disciplines.
• Supports and participates in marketing efforts and community service organizations.
• Maintains up-to-date professional knowledge.
• Position oversees 16.61 FTES and 33 heads.
  Several departments but Respiratory is the biggest one.
  
  • RT - 12.81 FTEs and 22 heads
  • EEG - 0.9 FTE, 4 heads
  • Pulm Rehab - 2 FTEs, 3 heads
  • PFT Lab - 0.9 FTE, 4 heads

JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

Registered Nurse Director - Case Manager

RN DIR - CCM

Full-Time

Registered Nurse Director candidates for the Case Management Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree - Required
• 5+ years experience in Respiratory Therapy - Preferred
• State of NH Respiratory Care Practitioner License - Required
