Our agency opened in 2021 and has grown into a team of nine who work closely together in a fun, collaborative environment. Before opening the office, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me valuable experience and a clear understanding of how to build a supportive and effective team. Im a family-oriented person who enjoys sports, and I believe strongly in maintaining a healthy balance between work and life. That mindset carries into how we support our team and create a positive workplace. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Spencer Burnside - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
