Senior Marketing Manager, Frontier AI

Based in the San Francisco Bay or New York City area, you will shape the future of AI at EPAM by leading our Frontier AI marketing strategy. As the first dedicated marketing hire for this business, you will establish our market presence and demand-generation strategy with leading AI labs and organizations developing advanced foundation models. You will operate across product marketing, field marketing, ecosystem development, content and executive communications to define how EPAM Systems presents its capabilities.This zero-to-one role requires an entrepreneurial mindset to build a new marketing motion from the ground up. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $130,000-$180,000 USD. This position is also eligible for variable compensation incentives.
