Position: Insurance Defense Associate Attorney Responsibilities Conduct legal research and draft various legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs. Handle cases for regional insurance companies as well as Fortune 500 companies directly. Manage the discovery process by reviewing documents, preparing interrogatories, and conducting depositions. Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and assess potential risks and outcomes. Competitive salary up to $170k, with potential for increased earnings based on experience and performance. Additional bonus opportunities for overtime, potentially up to $15k per year.
