Litigation Attorney - Insurance Defense

SUMMARY:

Our client, a trial-focused insurance defense firm, is seeking Litigation Litigation Attorney - Insurance Defense

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, including discovery, motions, mediations, and trial preparation

- Take and defend fact witness and expert depositions

- Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and colleagues

- Develop and execute case strategy in collaboration with the team

- Maintain ownership and accountability for assigned cases

- Participate in settlement conferences and trial proceedings

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Active Texas Bar license (or pending admission) in good standing

- 4+ years of civil litigation experience

- Experience in insurance defense, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, or personal injury

- Strong written and oral advocacy skills

- Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively

- Positive, solution-oriented, and professional mindset
